All participants of Doña Elena Al Dente Online Recipe Contest sponsored by Fly Ace Corporation are subject to these Rules. Fly Ace Corporation reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw these Rules at any time. These Rules will remain full force and in effect while Fly Ace Corporation is conducting the game and thereafter.

Doña Elena Al Dente Online Recipe Contest encourages pasta lovers to use Doña Elena Al Dente Pasta and share their homemade or favourite pasta recipes online in celebration of the World Pasta Month in October!

CONTEST PERIOD DURATION

Submission of recipe entries will be until September 30, 2015.

PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

• Doña Elena Al Dente Fettuccine 500g

• Doña Elena Al Dente Spaghetti 500g

• Doña Elena Al Dente Fusilli 500g and 250g

• Doña Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate 500g and 250g

• Doña Elena Al Dente Lasagna 500g

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify, a participant must be a:

• Natural person (other than employees, officers and directors of Fly Ace Corporation and its related companies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, and its agencies, suppliers, dealers, and distributors.

• Filipino citizen

• Resident of Metro Manila

• Male or female, 18 years of age and above

• Not a professional chef, food writer, nutritionist or any related culinary or food service profession

Fly Ace Corporation reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has breached or failed to comply with any of these Rules.

By participating in this contest promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Rules. Participants also hereby warrant that all information submitted are true, current and complete.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Create your own original recipe or cook your favourite pasta recipe using any of the Doña Elena Al Dente Pasta Variants – Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Penne Rigate, Fusilli and Lasagna.

2. Take a picture of your finished product with a Doña Elena Al Dente Pasta packaging wrapper. (Feel free to get creative and artistic!)

3. Submit your recipe entry via the following:

• Post and share your Al Dente Pasta dish and recipe on Instagram with the hashtag #AlDentePastaMonth and tag @donaelenacuisineraclub. . Your post and account should be set to public. Don’t forget the hashtag!

4. The finished product must have or carry the following:

a. Recipe Name

b. Ingredient List with Measurement

c. Preparation Directions

d. Photo of the dish together with a Doña Elena Al Dente wrapper

By submitting your recipe, the participants hereby agree that their recipe become the sole property of Fly Ace Corporation, and Fly Ace Corporation reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of them, without any need of prior approval from the participants and free from any costs.

Any participant can opt-out from the Contest at any time, with notice to Fly Ace Corporation.

First fifty (50) entries will automatically get one (1) Al Dente Pasta Pack. This includes:

• One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate 250g

• One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Fusilli 250g

Pasta-rrific Cooks (Cooking Competition Finalists)

Fly Ace Corporation will select the top ten (10) Pasta-rrific Cooks/Finalists who will each receive the following gifts:

• PhP500 cash

• One (1) Al Dente gift pack which includes:

o One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Fettuccine 500g

o One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Lasagna 500g

o One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate 250g

o One (1) Doña Elena Al Dente Fusilli 250g

• Two (2) free passes to the Al Dente World Pasta Month event in October which will earn them a pasta meal plate plus freebies from participating booths.

Each participant can only have one winning entry.

The ten finalists will be further narrowed down to five (5) who will then compete in the Live Al Dente Pasta Cooking Competition to be held during the on-ground World Pasta Month event activation in October. They will be judged by 4 representatives selected by Fly Ace Corporation. Finalists will have a chance to win up to PhP10,000 in cash and prizes.

All contest prizes in kind are not convertible to cash or exchanged to any item of equivalent value. Any and all costs related to the release and delivery of all prizes in this Contest will be borne by the winner(s) only.

All claims for prizes shall be subject to verification and authentication. Fraudulent claims shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

In the event of a dispute regarding these Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Contest, the decision of the judges chosen by Fly Ace Corporation shall be final and non-appealable, and no correspondence or discussion will be entertained.
