    I'm here to share this to all people, its about my experience with Globe Internet bundle. For about 2 weeks from now, I request a relocation on my internet connection from my old office at Bangkal Davao City to Matina Davao City (Just a few blocks away from the old area). Within that span of time I was given a promise that they would be installing the internet c0nnection by the day after. But as time and days come to pass no service was made. I keep on calling and texting the Globe office to do follow ups (even going personally to their office), they just keep on giving me false promises. Until last friday (Sept. 27, 2013) they suddenly adviced me that the post assigned to me is now already full. The service of GLOBE really sucks!!! I thought Globe was a good source of internet connection and service, with that opinion, i have another internet account connected at my home (aside from my account used for my business). I hope Globe can help me with this. I'm at Davao and the office of GLOBE I'm refering would be at NCCC Mall office, Maa, Davao City.

  3. I just called Globe Hotline and was able to talk to a certain Ryan. He's very friendly and accomodating. I'm glad I was able to talk to him, and I'm very pleased with his service.

  7. service wise, i dont think that they are good at it..
    y i say so its because it took them TWO months just to repair and deliver my defective handset!!
    can you imagine that very long period of time just to repair my handset?
    if only i knew..i would rather go to a cellphone repair shop and pay a little amount than waiting and wasting my time and effort contacting and asking them any updates on my defective phone!! what a waste..

  21. First off, let me say that I was a happy Globe subscriber for quite some time now. I would sometimes recommend them to my friends. Until this month.

    I have 3 lines under my name 1- tattoo@home with landline which is about 8 years old and 2 postpaid mobile lines (still within contract)

    I had an issue with one of my postpaid line which is 1799. I am a heavy internet user which brings my bill at roughly 2500 to 3000 per month. I was fine with it until this month they sent me a text message stating that my unbilled charges is at 2007 pesos. This alarmed me, so I immediately checked my account at Globe's website and also dialed *143# to check my unbilled charges. To my relief, the website,*143#, including the GServices app all stated that my unbilled charges is only 594. My relief was cut short when I received a message stating that my outgoing services were barred because of my unbilled charges. This made me furious. I immediately contacted customer services via email to ask about the charges. Considering that agents from email dept would take time to respond, I also contacted their twitter reps to get answers. Twitter reps told me that they will check it and that was the last message I got from them. For some reason, when they barred my outgoing services, they also barred my incoming services or should I say its sporadic. Since I cannot call 211, I chatted with a rep and was given a breakdown of my unbilled charges. For some reason, he cannot answer why there is a discrepancy on the charges on globes system and gservices/globe's website/*143#. He also cannot give me the full details of the 1500 pesos difference on the charges stating he has limited access. I asked him who has access and also asked for a supervisor to call me. He told me his supervisor will say the same things. This really pissed me off. Our home also uses Globe's Internet service which was running slow at that time which meant it took me numerous attempts to have a longer conversation with an agen from chat. Being told that his supervisor will say the same thing, I asked him if he can process permanent disconnection for my line. He gave me a number to call and ended the chat.

    I was finally able to borrow a Globe mobile phone so I called their Retentions Hotline to permanently disconnect my line. I spoke to an agent who told me that he is going to restore my line and allow me to pay the past due amount in 3 months installment. My account has a past due and I was suppose to pay the whole amount on the day they barred my outgoing services because of my unbilled charges. I told the rep that I will pay the whole past due amount in full and not in installments. He told me that it is better to have it processed by 3 month installment so I agreed. He said my line will be restored within the day. I ended the call and waited.

    I waited until nighttime and my line was still not restored. I called retentions again using a borrowed phone. I was then told that the process that the previous rep did was not approved and that my line will not be restored until they get 50% payment of the unbilled charge. The charge which they can't explain.
    This pissed me off really bad so I went ahead and disconnected all 3 lines under my name.
    I have filed a complaint with the NTC. I will not pay for the balance in all 3 accounts because I did not like the way I was treated.

    ***My other postpaid line was a Globe Blue line. But, I did not feel any special "Blue" treatment. When I went to the Globe office in Robinsons Dumaguete, I took a number using the Globe Blue option. Sadly no agent was manning the dedicated globe blue desk so the globe blue line isn't moving. I have to take another number using the regular subscriber lane.

No ones answering my call what kind of customer service you have i've been calling since last night and now ive been waiting for a customer service representative to answer the call for almost 2 hours. Is there really someone who will answer our call or your just keeping the subcribers waiting and ignoring the calls.

  27. Honestly we're fed-up with Globe " WORST " Technical Support Service. We keep on calling them for restoring home internet connection but unfortunately we receive a lot of promises that the technician will be arriving at pre-arranged schedule but never showed at all. When we told Globe we don't want their service anymore, they said that we cannot unsubscribe the service simply because the subscription contract, or some stuff sounds like that, is not yet over. Wow. thus, we have to pay for the service we don't have a benefits of. What a great service from Globe Telecom!!! I start to think that Globe is only good at "COLLECTING BILLS" for the worst service. Can somebody please tell me or elaborate me what a certain "CONTRACT" that Globe is referring to? I am working overseas, and I feel Globe is "BULLYING" my family back home.

  30. Hayy nako 6 times na ko tumawag regarding sa pag reload ng sim ko.. Naka plan kasi ako na nakakareceive ng load per month I've called Globe for 6 times already literal na dumaan na ang pasko at bagong tao hindi ko pa natatanggap load ko.. 2 months na ko walang narereceive na load from them. How amazing. Singil ng singil pag di nakabayad pero ang serbisyo naman nila hindi din maayos.

    Tapos lagi pa nagkakaproblem sa signal ang masaklap nyan globe yung sim ko globe din internet namin kaya pag nawala signal wala na lahat.

  32. I have a postpaid plan sa globe....una maganda sya to thje point na nirerecommend ko pa sa iba kong friends na mag plan na rin sa globe then after two months, dun na ako nagkaproblema. I got shocked nung dumating yung bill amounting to eight thousand plus (8K+) at nung tumawag ako sa customer service, ang sabi ay di daw ako enrolled sa unli calls and texts and based daw sa records most of the outgoing calls I made daw eh sa opther network kaya malaki ang charge. Iginiit ko na di ako magbabayad ng ganoon kamahal kasi in the first place, wala akong pera that time amounting to 8K. pina double check ko yung records at after two days na temporarily deactivated ang line ko naayos naman at at 4H+ lang pla ang due ko....Akala ko di na ako magkakaproblema haggang sa kanina ay dumating yung pang apat kong bill. Ang due amount ko ay 1,849.86.Nung tiningnan ko yung details ng data charges ko, eto yung lumabas

    Nagtaka ako so I phoned the customer service kasi ang pagkakaalam ko eh, naka firewall ang cp ko at lahat ng apps ko are blocked to use the data connection. Ang paliwanag sakin, na kahit daw nka firewall aq, everytime daw na mag iinternet aq through wifi at nakaligtaan kong naka on yung data connection, binabasa daw yun ng "fucking" globe at nacha-charge daw ako.

    so yun I decided na ipapaterminate ko nlng yung line ko para less hassle....

  33. i had a subscription of GotscomboDD70 Monday 3/7/2016 at around 8pm and was successfully approved 8:32pm and got expired automatically yesterday morning, this was supposed to be good for the next 7 days. i don’t know what’s going on with globe. When I checked again, it says that I was not yet registered? But my load balance was already zero . i am trying to call customer service several times yesterday and finally when I got through I just got on hold for more than an hour...

  41. I am currently subscribing Globe dial up internet. I paid almost 1600 every month. I always make sure na I pay it every month. Then noong July, I received an email from Globe reminding me that I haven't paid my bill for June. I went immediately to their Globe center at NCCC mall davao. I asked them about my unpaid bill tapos sabi nung nag assist sa akin paid na daw ang June pero yung December bill namin di daw nabayaran. I was surprised kasi dapat nakareceive na kami ng calls from Globe knowing na super kulit kung makasingil ang ISP na ito buti nalang, I was able to secure some of receipts including my Nov 2015 up to April 2016 receipts. I showed it to them tapos sabi niya according dw sa system nila di pa daw ako nakabayad. LIKE WHAT??? I have receipts pero iniinsist nila na di pa ako nakabayad.
    I told her na ang issue lang is my bill for June and I want to secure a copy for my June bill and I insisted na hanapin nila yung copy nila because I will wait kahit pa matagalan. After 20 minutes, she was able to find my receipt pero ang problem, yung account # ko is very different sa nakarecord sa receipt. She apologized and promised na they'll fix pero until now October na wala pa ring development sa case ko. GLOBE really SUCKS!!!

Mabagal din internet namin sa globe..nung nagrequire kami sabi nila unlimited daw yung internet nila..tapos biglang magttxt yung globe na naabot na daw namin yung limit ng internet usage nila..1300/month binabayad namin..as in sobrang bagal talaga ng internet namin..kaya nagbabalak ako na mag PLDT na lang ako..

  47. I was told to end service with globe, i must call the retention hot line. I tried more than 10 times already. I get the same message. I am sorry, there is high call volume right now. Please try again later. That is my only option being i am calling from outside the country. Obviously this is a very smart scam from globe to prevent people from ending their service.

    I have come to the conclusion that Globe has no customer service with respect to any problems regarding mobile, broadband issues.

    First thing I will point out is that the automated voice repeats "your call is very important to us..."
    this is only true if the customer service actually knows that also !

    My wife and I have called on 9th March 2017, and spent over 60 minutes talking to and being TRANSFERRED 5 times for an answer we needed to find out.

    The question was a simple one. "we would like to know if the address we give to you, has DSL connection available, and not LTE"

    "what is your account no. ?"
    "what service do you have ?"
    "at the moment you have LTE, do you wish to apply for DSL at your address where you have the connection ?"
    "our records show that you need to speak to out re-connection department as you are disconnected"

    Ha ha ha ha ha

    Really ? So why is it that we have the phone line and LTE still on ?
    And the fact that we had already paid any outstanding amount of PHP118.00 ?

    Talking to someone in the "agents" customer service is like having your teeth pulled out without lidocaine or procaine.
    Frustrating when it is clearly explained as to what was required, yet no one is able to answer.

    TO GLOBE : GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE PROFESSIONAL !
    BITE THE BULLET, YOU MIGHT JUST WIN SOME CUSTOMERS OVER WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
