Where is iTunes 11 for October? Moved to November?

Few months ago, Apple announced the iTunes 11 which will bring a redesigned player, remodeled store, more iCloud features and new layout, (as posted on Apple's website). Apple said that it will be available on October, but what's the month today? It's already November, so I checked the iTunes web page then noticed the "Coming in October" label was changed into "Coming in November".
