Only registered subscribers are qualified to win. Register by sending LIBO to 2928 (Name as shown in a valid ID). For example: LIBO ANNA C. TAN/3 MAIN ST. QC

Entries will be generated from purchased load such as E-load and Call and Text Cards. Pasaload not included. Number of raffle entries per denomination below:
There will be 12 winners per day of P5, 000 cash to be randomly selected electronically on a weekly draw. Non-winning entries will not be included in the next raffle draw.
Winners may only win once for the whole promo duration.
Winners will be notified via registered mail and thru SMART 7777 call-out
Winners must present their SIM card used to register and one (1) valid ID when they claim their prize.
Promo period is from October 16, 2012 to December 15, 2012.

Claiming of Prizes:

Duration of the call-out will happen within 2 weeks. Winners who cannot be contacted within the allotted call-out period shall be forfeited from their respective prize.
Requirements for claiming their prizes are:

One (1) valid ID (SSS ID, Driver’s license, school ID*) with complete real name, age, gender, picture and correct. *For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.
Photocopy of a valid ID
SIM card with the same mobile number used to send the winning entry with the received SMS winner’s notification
Formal Letter sent by an authorized Smart Communications, Inc. partner agency

An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:

Original copy of the formal letter
Signed authorization letter from the winner
Formal Letter sent by an authorized Smart Communications, Inc. partner agency
Photocopy of the Valid POI of the winner with 3 specimen signature
Valid POI of the authorized representative

Winners who fail to provide their (POI) or required documents 60 days upon receipt of the formal letter shall be forfeited from claiming their prize.
SMART employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
