Angry Birds Rio Update: Carnival Upheaval released

After the release of Beach Volley last month, a new set of levels have been released for Angry Birds Rio, The Carnival Upheaval!
The update includes:
* 15 levels in new world named Carnival Upheaval
* Blue, the Macaw, can now be used alone.
* The new hidden fruits are papaya (thanks to everyone who helped us figure this out)
* Additional achievements to unlock
